2022 Membership

Practices at the whitmore track will run every Tuesday morning at 7am

from April 5- October

 

 

the whitmore track is located off benton crossing road, 1k down from hwy 395, and is open to the public

September Workouts:

6th: 1-2-3  workout -1lap, 2laps, 3laps, 2laps, 1lap (2 min recovery between each rep).

13th: Opposite day. 8-12 x 400m clockwise on the track

20th: 5/4/3/2/1lap w/ 4/3/2/1min recovery

27th: 25 min alternating on/off 200m
