Practices

Practices at the whitmore track will run every Tuesday morning at 7am
from April 5- October
the whitmore track is located off benton crossing road, 1k down from hwy 395, and is open to the public

3rd: 8-12 x 400 meters
10th: 4-8 x 800 meters
17th: 4-5x 1 mile w/ 3 min recovery
24th: 25min of 200m on/off
