5K time trial or 6-8 x 800M (help pace teammates)

Alternating 200s for 25 min

Practices at the whitmore track will run every Tuesday morning at 7am

April 23-october.

 

 

the whitmore track is located off benton crossing road, 1k down from hwy 395, and is open to the public.
