Practices at the whitmore track will run every Tuesday morning at 7am
from June 1- October
the whitmore track is located off benton crossing road, 1k down from hwy 395, and is open to the public

Post-season recommended workouts:
3-4 x 1 mile w/ 3 min recovery
8-12 x 200m on/off
Ladder (1Mile, 1K, 800, 400, 200) 3min-2min recovery
4-6 x 800m w\ 2 min recovery
These workouts can be run, snow shoed, or xc skied!
