6-10 600m/200m jog

May 21st:

20min 200m ON/OFF

May 28th:

8-12 x 400m w/ 1:30 recovery

Practices at the whitmore track will run every Tuesday morning at 7am

April 23-october.

 

 

the whitmore track is located off benton crossing road, 1k down from hwy 395, and is open to the public.
