Practices

Practices at the whitmore track will run every Tuesday morning at 7am
from April 5- October
the whitmore track is located off benton crossing road, 1k down from hwy 395, and is open to the public

August Workouts:
2nd: 8-12 x 400m with 1 min recovery
9th: 1M, 1K, 800 with 3 min recovery
16th: 2 miles of jogging turns, sprinting straighs
23rd: 8-12 300m with 100m walk recovery
30th: 1M time trial
