May 12th: 1mi (3:00rec) 6-10 x 300m w/100m walk rec
May 19th: 6-8 x600m w/200m slow jog rec
May 26th: 1mi/1k/2x800m/2x400m all w/2:00 rec
2026 Practices will take place every Tuesday morning at 7am at Whitmore Track and Field complex April - October.
